Our Pricing Policy
Our pricelist is reviewed on a 4 monthly basis.  Quotations supplied by Photonic Research Systems are based on the current price list and are valid for the duration shown on the quotation. In cases where the price of an item on the current price list is less than that shown on a customer’s quotation then the customer will be entitled to purchase the item for the lower price (i.e. if the price of an item is decreased after the quotation is issued)

In cases where the price of an item on the current price list is greater than that shown on a customer’s quotation then PRS promises to honour the quoted price as long as an order is placed within the validity period of the quotation.

To Receive an official PRS quotation
Prices shown in our price list do not include Post, Packing and Insurance. These costs are supplied with your official PRS quotation. Please let us know if you have any specific postage and/or insurance requirements.

To Place an order
If you wish to place an order for a PRS product you should fax your requirements to Photonic Research Systems on your official headed notepaper to.

PRS quotation number

A list of the items you wish to order

If you are based within the EU we would be grateful if you include you VAT registration number.

Validity of Quotations
Our standard quotation is valid for three months. However It is common for Photonic Research Systems products to be used within the context of a funded research grant and we are therefore happy to provide quotations which are valid for an extended period in order to allow for the budgeting requirements of a given researcher. Please let us know if you require an extended Quotation Validity Period.
